Mô tả công việc

Assisting in intialing idea and designing poster, inforgraphic, artwork, etc. when needed.
Participating in organizing employee events.
Arranging logisitics for employee onboarding (name tag, ngerprint, welcome package…).
Making employees feel welcomed and promptly responding to their concerns and requests (if any).
Effectively circulating information to other stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operation.
Updating our internal databases with new empployee information, including contact details and employment forms.
Ensuring information related to colleagues posted on notice board.
Filling, data entry and arranging employee prole.
Tracking personel documents and storing it in designated places.
Maintaining an organized, clean, and professional work area.
Performing any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Knowledge and Experience

• High school/College/University education

• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

• Good communication skills

• Honest with a high level of integrity

• Ability to remain calm and react fast to situations

• Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
