• Overseeing all aspects of human resources functions, including attendance, salary, social insurance, personnel, benefits, union, training…;
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
• Administer compensation structure and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and employee benefits, ensuring competitive compensation and benefits packages;
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues;
• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure fair and consistent employee performance evaluation;
• Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs.
• Proven experience in HR management roles, with a deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws;
• 5 years of relevant work experience in an HR role;
• Experienced in manufacturing companies in the garment industry, preferably working in Quang Nam & Danang industrial zone;
• Good command of English;
• Strong leadership and organizational skills;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
