HR & Admin Staff

- Work with department heads to determine human resource needs and make optimal recruitment plans

- In charge of the entire recruitment process from employee level down

- In charge of on boarding procedures and coordinating the training specialist to accompany new employees during the company integration period.

- Search and build backup candidate sources for all positions

- Build, maintain and improve recruitment database

- Periodically update weekly, monthly and annual recruitment reports

- Carry out internal communications, maintain and develop the company's social network channels

- Carry out administrative tasks of the human resources department

- Other recruitment-related tasks as requested by management

- College’s degree or other closely related field required.

- 3+ years of recruitment experience in a production environment

- Candidates with packaging industry experience are an advantage.

- Interview skills.

- Collaborate with multi-departments team

- Careful, fast and creative.

- Accuracies, attention to details, cautious with sensitive/confidential information.
