    I. OBJECTIVES

    HR - Admin Internship role is essential in supporting HR initiatives, administrative tasks, and HR projects. contributing to the effective management of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and development strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment.

    II. RESPONSIBILITIES

    1.Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (30%)

    • Post job advertisements on job boards and social media.
    • Screen and review resumes.
    • Schedule interviews and notify candidates.
    • Attract potential candidates (focus on Tiktok and LinkedIn).
    • Respond to inquiries from potential candidates.

    2. Onboarding process (10%)

    • Prepare necessary documents and resources for new hires.
    • Guide new employees through paperwork and internal systems.
    • Create and manage new employee files.
    • Monitor and support new employees during their probation period.

    3. C&B (10%)

    • Export timesheets from the software and support HR in monthly timekeeping.
    • Support declaration and tax code registration, declaration of dependents for employees.
    • Drafting documents related to procedures for liquidating labor contracts for departing employees.

    4. Administrative Support (50%)

    • Manage Administrative-related paperwork.
    • Manage office administrative tasks such as ordering stationery, managing inventory and maintaining a tidy workspace.
    • Support checking & reviewing the legal content of the Vendor Contract.
    • Responsible for checking VAT invoices and related payment documents
    • Support importing invoice information data into accounting software.
    • Support implementation of operating cost reports
    • Support the Operation team with daily tasks & event coordination.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • 3rd or 4th years university student or new graduate’s student majoring in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/ Law - Legal/... or other related majors.
    • Full-time internship period of 6 months.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, logical thinking, teamwork mindset, proactive at work.
    • Proficient in office computer skills (design powerpoint, word, excel, canva).
    • High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility
    • Acquiring proven participation in university activities is a big plus.

    • Allowance: 1,000,000 VND/month – 3,000,000 VND/month
    • The company supports internship certificate confirmation for interns.
    • The candidate may have the opportunity to become a full-time employee upon successfully completing the training program.

    • Working time: Full-time (9:00 – 18:00), Monday to Friday.
