- Day to day execution of HR support such as:
• Recruitment, training and development to create a quantitative and qualitative well-equipped workforce
• Implement HR tools to support the business like induction program, job profiles, succession planning, exit interviews and engagement survey together with management within the country
• Analyzing staff turnover and working with line management to solve issues
• Facilitation of the appraisal process
• Maintaining personnel files, keep them up to date according to corporate guidelines and local legislation
- Ensure the good and stable status of infrastructure required for good working conditions.
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
- General office management such as ordering stationary
- Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
- Arranging both internal and external events
- Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
- Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Line Managers and Senior Management
- Update office policies and ensure compliance with them
- Other HR & admin tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• University graduate
• Five year experience in similar position
• Good command of English
• Strong planning and organizing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Multi-tasking with good ability to prioritise tasks, able to manage own working time effectively
• Ability to work with deadlines (‘thrives under pressure”)
• Demonstrate the ability to work fairly independently and plan and manage projects
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
• Strong initiative, exercise sound judgment, and take appropriate action when necessary strong interpersonal skills
• Capability to organise events and people, planning and organisational skills
• Intermediate PC skills to format reports, presentations, spreadsheets, graphics, general word processing
• Have good ethics and self-discipline
