Mô tả công việc

Process and evaluate visa applications from clients at the center.
Respond to client inquiries regarding visa application processes.
Collect fees for visa applications and related issuance procedures.
Accept and file visa application documents.
Guarantee accurate and timely entry of profile information into the system.
Promote customer feedback on service quality and the overall visa procedure experience.

Yêu cầu công việc

Graduated in languages, business English, hotel tourism, business administration, or related fields. Recent graduates or those awaiting the degree may also apply.
No prior experience is necessary.
Proficient in English 4 skills
Possess strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
Attention to detail and punctuality are essential, along with a meticulous and procedure-compliant demeanor.

Salary: 8,000,000 VND + lunch allowance (800k)
2 months' probation period with full salary
Travel with the company every year.
