- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions (ocean, air, road freight).
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Other duties as assigned by superiors.
Working hour: Mon – Fri from 8:00 to 17:00, Sat: 8:00 - 12:00 ( 1 time / month)
• 1-2 years of proven sales experience within the logistics, freight forwarding, or a related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-starter with strong initiative, self-discipline, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Highly responsible and focused, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to understand and support the goals, policies, and procedures of our company.
• Fluency in English. Chinese or Korean Speaking are a strong plus.
