As a General Manager Assistant, you will support the operations of our plastic injection factory in Vietnam, reporting directly to the General Manager based overseas. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating daily tasks and projects within the factory

• Serving as a charming and professional representative of the company, meeting with customers and attending meetings to take minutes

• Providing excellent administrative support to the General Manager, including follow-up on ad-hoc tasks

• Demonstrating strong English language proficiency, both written and verbal

• Showcasing impressive presentation and computer skills

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in business field

• 2-3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role

• Demonstrate excellent teamwork spirit, strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities

• Outgoing and social characteristics

• Willing to travel locally and globally

• Work under pressure

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with presentation software

• Professional, poised, and able to interface with clients and stakeholders
