Chi Tiết Công Việc

Prepare and submit periodic tax declarations, including VAT and Personal Income Tax (PIT) reports.
Review input/output invoices and accounting documents.
Monitor tax payments and reconcile tax-related data.
Support the preparation of tax finalization documents as requested by the Chief Accountant.
Update new tax regulations and ensure supporting documents comply with current laws and regulations.
Record daily accounting transactions.
Monitor receivables/payables, expenses, revenue, and inventory.
Reconcile accounting data with related departments.
Support monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities.
Assist in preparing financial statements under the guidance of the Chief Accountant.
Work with banks, auditors, and tax authorities when assigned.
Support data checking and reconciliation between the Ho Chi Minh office and the Binh Duong factory.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related majors.
Under 35 years old.
Fluent English communication skills in all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
At least 2 years of experience in General Accounting or Tax Accounting positions.
Proficient in using MISA accounting software.
Hard-working, responsible, and serious at work; candidates with stable and long-term working experience are preferred.
