Dream Job Alert! Become a General Accountant (Manufacturing, ID21486) at a foreign-invested company and earn $1600/month:

Team Leadership & Operational Governance:
- Manage and supervise a dedicated team of 5 accounting specialists responsible for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Costing, Tax compliance, and Disbursements/Payments.
- Oversee workflow allocation, streamline internal transactional controls, and ensure all journal entries accurately reflect actual business operations in full compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
Costing, ERP & Financial Reporting:
- Supervise financial transactions, cost allocations, and general ledger postings within ProAlpha and FAST systems while actively supporting the ongoing transition and deployment of SAP ERP.
- Compute labor hour rates, evaluate manufacturing expenditures (raw materials, overhead, administrative, sales costs), and map localized cost structures to group-level financial frameworks.
- Review and finalize core trial balance, balance sheet, and P&L statements for executive management.
Taxation, Receivables/Payables & Audit Operations:
- Direct periodic declaration and settlement of local tax obligations (VAT, CIT, PIT, Foreign Contractor Tax, Business License Tax) and manage VAT refund processes and documentation.
- Oversee AP payment verification, vendor reconciliations, cash disbursements, and international banking transfers.
- Manage AR functions including revenue recognition, e-invoicing issuance, payment tracking, and dispute management.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing accurate financial documentation, general ledger reconciliations, and variance reporting against pre-set operating budgets.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Education & Certifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance. Comprehensive command of VAS and IFRS accounting frameworks.
Professional Background:Minimum of 5 years of overall experience as a General Accountant, or 2 to 4 years operating in a matching supervisory capacity within manufacturing environments.
Technical & Software Mastery:Hands-on experience with ProAlpha, FAST, or SAP ERP software platforms, complemented by advanced Excel modeling skills. Strong capability in cost accounting and tax finalization.
Language & Soft Skills:Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written). Strong leadership, communication, and systematic problem-solving capabilities.
