General Accountant / Kế Toán Tổng Hợp

Responsibilities:

• Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general journal entries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements and perform periodic account reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including adjusting entries and accruals.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support decision-making processes.
• Assist in financial analysis, cost control, and budgeting activities.
• Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and procedures.
• Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Female, under 35 years old.
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate and work effectively in an English-speaking environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a General Accountant role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MISA accounting software.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Thorough understanding of accounting practices, accounting standards, and current tax regulations.
• Honest, detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to professional ethics.
• Proactive, highly organized, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Candidates with a positive attitude, strong learning mindset, and a passion for continuous personal and professional development will be highly preferred.
