Mô tả công việc:

  • Manage Full Set of Accounts:
  • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger, ensuring timely and accurate closing.
  • Prepare and publish timely financial statements and reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Prepare and analyze costing reports to support business decisions.
  • Prepare tax reports and tax filings.
  • Implement Cost Controls:
  • Develop and implement cost control policies and procedures.
  • Monitor cost and expenditures to provide recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Compliance and Auditing:
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Liaise with auditors and tax authorities when required.
  • Coordinate and support external audits and tax audits.
  • Others:
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as required.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant handling full set of accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Personal Attributes:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
