Key Responsibilities
• Record and maintain accurate accounting transactions in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and handle payments.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and manage petty cash.
• Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/annual tax declarations (VAT, PIT, CIT, etc.).
• Communicate daily with our Korean Headquarters and our Thai parent company to report on financial status, address any discrepancies, and ensure accounting processes are aligned with global standards.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports for submission to regional and HQ teams.
• Participate in internal and external audits as required.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and implementing internal control improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in an international or manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Vietnamese tax regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Korean are a must.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a cross-cultural team.
