SEKO Viet Nam is seeking a FMS Operation Eeexcutive to join us.
I.Roles and Responsibilities
• Submit VGM and SI to carrier
• Issue HBL & Check MBL from carrier
• Ask D/N from carrier
• Ask copy invoice from carrier for preparing the payment's request
• Send D/N to client or agent
• Follow up with accountant about payment to carrier to get SWB MBL or original MBL
• Send all invoices to accountant as timeline's request
• Update systems timely and correctly
• Willing to help and back up colleagues when they are on annual leave
• Strictly follow job assignment.
