Mô tả công việc:

Manage and maintain the company's assets register and accounting records, including recording, tracking, coding, tagging, and ensuring proper documentation of asset acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and physical verification.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of asset transactions in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Conduct periodic physical verification of company assets and reconcile discrepancies between physical assets and system records.
Assist in the development, documentation, and implementation of internal controls related to asset management.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing asset schedules and supporting documentation when required.
Calculate depreciation and amortization schedules for all fixed assets in accordance with accounting policies and standards (VAS, IFRS, and tax regulations).
Monitor useful lives of assets and support impairment assessments in line with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing insights on capital expenditures and asset depreciation/amortization.
Analyze asset utilization and provide recommendations to improve asset efficiency.
Coordinate with relevant departments on capital projects, including new store opening (NSO) projects, covering project budgets, spending, and asset capitalization processes.
Track capital project expenditures, record project costs in the ERP system, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely capitalization of completed assets.
Monitor asset maintenance and repair expenses to ensure proper accounting classification.
Manage the disposal process of fixed assets, including sales, auctions, or scrapping, ensuring compliance with regulations and proper documentation, including assets related to store closures and Asset Management Policies.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred
02+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role. Prior experience in auditing or working with audit processes is an advantage.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong knowledge of fixed asset accounting standards (VAS, IFRS, and relevant tax regulations) and best practices
Knowledge of F&B industry-specific accounting practices and regulations
Vietnamese Tax Regulation and Legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
