Financial Planning & Analyst

1. Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across business units.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with brand, merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to align forecasts with business objectives.

2. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze actual financial performance vs. budget/forecast (revenue, margins, expenses, profitability).
- Produce monthly business review decks and dashboards with clear commentary and insights.
- Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial results.

3. Business Partnering
- Partner with key stakeholders (Retail Ops, Supply Chain, Marketing) to provide financial guidance and challenge assumptions.
- Support pricing, promotion, and inventory decisions with ROI and margin analysis.
- Act as a finance liaison for new store openings, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

4. Data & System Optimization
- Work with IT and Finance teams to improve reporting systems and data automation (ERP, POS, BI tools).
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, models, and tools.

5. Ad-hoc Projects
- Support fundraising, investor reporting, and strategic initiatives as needed.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA is a plus.
- 2+ years of relevant FP&A or finance business partner experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or consumer sectors.
- Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/reporting systems (e.g., MISA, SAP, Power BI).
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
