Chi Tiết Công Việc

Purpose of the Position
Manage all accounting and finance activities of the Hanoi Branch, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting and finance operations at the branch.
Prepare financial statements in accordance with VAS and IFRS standards.
Prepare tax reports and management reports.
Liaise with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and external parties.
Handle tax inspections and VAT refund procedures with tax authorities.
Ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures from Danang RHQ.
Supervise and manage the accounting team, including recruitment, task allocation, and performance management.
Coordinate with Danang RHQ regarding consolidated reports and finance-related matters.
Perform other duties assigned by the CFO.

Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Chief Accountant Certificate is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an FDI company or large corporation.
Strong knowledge of VAS and IFRS.
Experience using SAP is preferred.
Experience in tax inspections and VAT refund procedures is an advantage.
Good command of English communication (written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
