A. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and book Accounts Receivable invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review trade expenses and ensure proper billing back to customers.
- Maintain Accounts Receivable reports, tracking monthly collection status.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and escalate long-overdue accounts.
- Process and book Accounts Payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Match invoices against purchase orders to verify payments.
- Schedule and process vendor payments based on the company’s cash flow forecast.
- Assist in preparing short-term cash flow forecasts based on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and bookkeeping standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and uphold confidentiality in financial records.
- Handle monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor and tax regulations.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure timely salary disbursement
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4 to 10 years of experience in finance administration, accounting, or a similar role (preferably in an international work environment).
Technical & Soft Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets, financial formulas, data analysis).
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting procedures.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and meticulous in handling financial data.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong confidentiality and professional ethics in handling financial transactions.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written communication).
