    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Restaurant & Bars marketing execution

    • Plan F&B marketing calendar, execute F&B marketing plans and run marketing campaigns aligned with sales activities and promotional campaigns

    • Work closely with the culinary team to execute new food and beverage concepts that align with promotional objectives

    • Support F&B leaders and Restaurant Managers for F&B activations, special events, merchandise, food tasting, food festival, workshop and promotions

    • Coordinate launch events of special promotions and yearly projects

    • Work with Creative Manager to create enticing visuals, promotional materials, and menu displays and other essentials for the outlet activities

    • Work with Creative Manager and lead the photography for monthly F&B promotions or coordinate on the photography projects of outsourcing between the hotel and production house

    • Cooperate with third parties or partners to deploy and run regional, country or hotel campaigns such as Marriott Bonvoy, Club Marriott or any business partners

    • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of promotions and maintain service quality

    • Utilize customer insights and data analytics to identify areas for growth and make informed decisions

    • Conduct weekly F&B marketing meetings involving F&B Operations and Marketing teams

    Digital & Social Media Execution

    • Develop and execute social media strategies for all restaurants & bars aligned with the hotel’s business goals, hotel marketing initiatives and F&B marketing plan

    • Manage day-to-day activities of selected social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, and any required channels for all restaurant and bar outlets

    • Establish a positive online presence for the outlets and monitor community feedback in real-time

    • Create, source, schedule, and distribute social media content in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives

    • Monitor effective benchmarks. Analyze, review, and report on weekly, monthly and yearly basis

    • Deploy and run paid advertising campaigns to drive F&B marketing goals and objectives

    • Update and maintain outlets’ website content, ensuring it aligns with current marketing initiatives and SEO best practices

    • Keep all directories and online listings up-to-date for all outlets

    • Identify and build partnerships with local influencers and bloggers

    • Create and implement social media contests, and other user-engagement tactics that are in line with the hotel’s F&B marketing goals

    Other execution and fulfillment of projects as outlined on marketing communications plans

    Yêu cầu công việc

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
    • One or two years of experiences in F&B industry, or marketing communications role, especially in international hotels or big F&B chains
    • Understandings of F&B industry and of digital ecosystem (website, social media, email campaigns, SMS/Push)
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
    • Good analytical skill while having a creative sense
    • Skills of copywriting, and photo/video editing are required
    • Proactive, disciplined, goal-oriented, and problem solving
    • Manage to work well in a team and independently
    • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and consistently demonstrate a high level of organizational skill
