Direct Sales Executive

+ Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for strategic growth planning and implementing key accounts sale approaches for Rich's products in Vietnam market, which is mainly focus for frozen dessert and other assigned products.
- Execute sales strategy and drive sales of Rich's products to achieve sales, profit and other financial targets as assigned by direct line report.
- Identify special customers such as event company who need figure foods and frozen dessert, coffee shop/coffee chain, restaurants, office/school/industrial catering, food courts...
- Develop individual plans to strengthen relationships and develop the key accounts through improved pro-active work program.
- Coordinate with products team to identify proper product category for the channel.
- Join meeting with end-users on a regular basis, manage pricing in the market, trouble shoots any difficulties in supply chain with distributor/wholesalers.
- Monitor competitor activity.
- Conduct seminars and demonstrations for end users in conjunction with Marketing Manager.
- Monthly report in a timely manner, ensure imprest account is prepared accurately and submitted on time for each accounting period.
- Assist ad hoc projects occasionally.

- Education, Experiences and Skills:
+ Knowledge:
- Male preferable due to heavy business travel.
- University degree in a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years progressive sales and management experience in food industry with at least 2 years at management level, multinational companies preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of good relationships with event company who need figure foods and frozen dessert, coffee shop/coffee chain, restaurants, office/school/industrial catering, food courts...
- Hands-on knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, distributor networks, office management.
- Initiative, problem solving skills and drive for business results.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels and able to deal with various customer levels.
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of HR database.
