Digital Product Specialist

Product Development Support:​

• Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of new digital lending products and features.​
• Collaborate with the Product team to define product requirements that maximize the product value​

Data Analysis and Reporting:​

• Analyze product performance metrics and customer data to identify areas for improvement.​
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.​

Cross-functional Collaboration:​

• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product delivery.​
• Facilitate communication and coordination among various departments to drive product success.​

Quality Assurance:​

• Participate in product testing and quality assurance processes to ensure product reliability and performance.​
• Identify and document bugs or issues, and work with the engineering team to resolve them.​

Customer Insights and Feedback:​

• Gather, analyze, and act on customer insights to drive product innovation and enhancements.​
• Monitor customer feedback channels and respond to inquiries or issues as needed.​

Project Management:​

• Support project management activities, including timeline tracking, milestone monitoring, and resource coordination.​
• Use project management tools to keep track of tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.​

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:​

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital product development.​
• Propose innovative ideas and solutions to improve product offerings and processes.​

Administrative Support:​

• Provide administrative support to the Product team, including scheduling meetings, organizing documentation, and handling correspondence.​
• Assist in processing legal, and accounting documents of digital projects

• Education​: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.​
• Technical Skills​: Basic understanding of digital product development. Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics)​
• Analytical Thinking​: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills​. Keen attention to detail.​
• Communication​: Proficiency with written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English​
• Team Collaboration​: Being a team player. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.​
• Adaptability​: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
