Your responsibilities will include the development, execution, and refinement of operational systems to ensure our agency operates efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Enhance and refine operational management systems, processes, and best practices.- Ensure operations are managed in a cost-effective manner.- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.- Manage budgets and conduct financial forecasting.- Engage in high-level resource planning and make strategic decisions.- Implement and oversee operational procedures in line with our quality standards.- Promote our digital marketing strategies internally and lead by example.- Drive efficiency and productivity through streamlined business procedures.- Create a motivating environment that encourages team growth and high performance.

- Proven experience as an Agency Operations Manager or in a similar role.- Deep understanding of operations management for digital marketing agencies.- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday etc. - Understanding of operational requirements for SEO, PPC and Social Media campaigns, as well as web design and development. - At least 3 years of management experience with both people and processes.- Strong communication and analytical skills.- Familiarity with business and financial principles.- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and exceptional organizational skills.- Experience in a digital marketing agency is highly desirable.- Detail-oriented approach.
