Development Staff (Footwear Components)

• Develop and design innovative products (insole and midsole components that enhance comfort, support, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with T1 for project development from initial stage to mass production.
• Conduct material research and testing to select the best materials for components (Insole/ Midsole)
• Create detailed technical specifications, prototypes, and samples for evaluation.
• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Analyze and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development and production process.
• Ensure all products meet company standards for performance, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and production teams to translate design concepts into manufactural products.

• Working Experiences and Ability
• Proven experience in footwear development.
• Strong understanding of footwear materials, production processes, and manufacturing techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
