Chi Tiết Công Việc

Provide timely and effective support to clients using the ERP software via email/phone
Corporate with relevant parties (Dev, SA/BA, AM, …) if needed to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to the ERP modules
Accurately record, track, and update support cases in the internal case management system in a timely manner
Proactively escalate complex bugs and unresolved issues to higher level to handle customer's issues promptly
Other internal support if required

Preferably graduated from FTU, NEU, DAV, ULIS, HANU, TMU, AOF, BAV,...
Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Good customer service mindset
Fresh graduates or final-year students awaiting graduation are encouraged to apply
Age: 20-24
Working Time: From Monday to Friday (leave Saturday and Sunday) (Morning: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., Afternoon: 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

Gross salary: 9.000.000 - 13.000.000 VND
Monthly salary 13+14
To be paid insurance according to the provisions of labor law (social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance)
