Receive and process customer requests via phone, email, chat and text messages.
Support customers with issues related to the following areas: travel, banking, e-commerce, airline tickets, etc.
Provide accurate information about products/services, policies, terms of use.
Guide customers to handle changes, refunds/cancellations of services, complaints.
Ensure the best customer experience, respond quickly and professionally.
Update special situations to management when necessary.
Work in one of the following languages: English, Japanese, Korean or Chinese, depending on the assigned project.

Candidates using English: Average total income from 10,000,000 - 13,000,000 VND/month (Including basic salary from 7.5 million - 8 million + Allowance + KPI).
