Mô tả công việc:

  • Mission:
  • 1. Order & Portfolio Management
  • • Receive Purchase Requests (PR) from customers and input data into the Master Portfolio file to monitor demand.
  • • Follow up and update Purchase Order (PO) numbers into the Portfolio file for VAT invoicing purposes.
  • • Update delivered order details to ensure accurate tracking of pending orders.
  • • Perform Good Receipt (GR) and release Q status in JDE once all required conditions are met.
  • • Create item codes in ERP.
  • 2. Documentation
  • • Prepare shipping documents based on Sales Orders: Delivery Notes, JDE Invoices, VAT Invoices, and Certificates of Analysis.
  • • Send shipping documents to warehouse for dispatch and notify customers.
  • • Update daily sales reports, ensuring alignment between JDE and VAT invoice numbers.
  • • Upload and organize all transaction documents on the Shared Drive.
  • • Prepare promotion confirmation letters and provide monthly FOC payment updates to Distributors.
  • 3. Regulatory & Import Coordination
  • • Prepare and submit applications for efficacy and free testing shipments.
  • • Coordinate with local laboratories and warehouse for sample collection and submission.
  • • Create and submit payment requests via C-Buy for laboratory testing fees.
  • • Monitor test results and communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
  • • Request time extensions for local test results to support customs clearance as needed.
  • • Track efficacy shipment test results and prepare Free Testing Certificate applications.
  • • Manage import orders (quota management).
  • 4. Quality Affiliation (QA – National Contact/Back-up)
  • • Participate in QA training and meetings.
  • 5. Others
  • • Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • Good oral and written English proficiency.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
