Chi Tiết Công Việc

Provide guidance and support to foreign customers regarding clinic services such as operating hours, treatment costs, medical procedures, appointment booking, etc. via hotline channels.
Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding clinic services when necessary.
Confirm and arrange appointment schedules with customers.
Maintain and update customer information in the clinic system accurately and according to schedule.
Regularly observe customer feedback and contribute ideas to improve customer service quality.
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Starting income: approximately 14 million VND/month.
Professional training on services and customer service skills.
Social insurance, public holiday benefits, and other company policies in accordance with labor laws upon becoming an official employee.
Annual salary review.

Working hours: Night shift: 11:00 PM – 08:00 AM (next day), from Monday to Friday.
