  • Position Overview
  • To assist with US-Export operation and related activities in Vietnam, mainly focus on booking coordination, customer service and communication with overseas agent. Develop a clear and efficient communication channel between loading port and destination agent. Perform all duties correctly, cost- efficiently, within Company standards, and under the close supervision of the team leader.
  • Specific Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, and confirm export booking.
  • Communicate with oversea agent for shipment arrangement in daily basis.
  • Prepare Forecast, Arrange Booking and Confirm space with carrier.
  • Calculate truck rate, marine insurance, and other related export service charges accurately and accordingly to established procedures.
  • Process and follow Shipper’s Shipping Instruction accurately.
  • Coordinate and assist with Shipper for booking related arrangement.
  • Prepare and process documents/DN through company system. Close files and distribute documents in accordance with pertinent requirements and in compliance with export standards.
  • Provide excellent and timely customer service and advice of the team leader by informing clients of the status of shipments. Referring client to higher-level authority when question/ problem is beyond scope of responsibility.
  • Communicate with clients, team member and team leader in a clear and timely manner.
  • Adhere domestic and international shipping regulation, FMC regulation.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • A minimum 2 years’ experience in Forwarder Customer Service or CS support related field.
  • Good verbal communication skills and past customer service experiences are required.
  • Good written communication skills to compose routine letters and to edit correspondence and report.
  • Ability to organize, prepare and assemble documents or reports containing data from several sources.
  • Ability to use standard software for word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Ability to work in the environment of ambiguity and take the lead to the next step.
  • Ability to read, write and understand English.
