Creative Marketing

• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends
• Analyze market data and insights
• Collaborate with creative teams and develop briefs for marketing initiatives and campaigns that clearly define goals, target audiences, and implementation plans
• Optimize and monitor Creative performance of Paid Campaigns
• Update reports & support other marketing activities.
• Exciting diversity with our partners from around the world (mostly European & English-user countries)

• More than 1 years of experience in creative marketing, with a focus on paid campaign optimization
• Have experience in an agency environment is preferred.
• Personal Laptop.
• Excellent English language skills, strong reading and writing

Technical skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make actionable recommendations.
• Strong market research and analytics skills to create the creative with strong hypothesis
• Being familiar with Creative tools is a plus
