Department Summary:
- MnR Department to be responsible for the overall supply chain management, including organizing repair activities and monitoring stock and market trend.
- The goal is to manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure cost effective and customer satisfaction.
Position Summary: Responsible for all maintenance and repair matters for empty containers returned from consignees or Ports of Loading (POLs), including surveying and reviewing of repairs, reviewing of repair cost estimation, as well as associated reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage repair activities vs market trend.
- Identify potential risks/errors of inspection and estimation of damaged container.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints regarding damaged containers.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Comply with laws, regulations, IICL standard and ISO requirements.

Key Experience & Qualifications:
- Good written & spoken English skills.
- Minimum Diploma qualified, preferably in the field of Maritime or Logistic and Supply Chain.
- Have deep knowledge on depot, terminal operation.
- IICL is prefer.
- Have deep Container repair and survey Knowledge.
- Proven working experience as an Estimator and having IICL Certificate.
- Proficient in standard Microsoft software.
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Opportunity for cost reduction in containers repairs.
- Timely and accurate submission of required reports.
