Cluster Sales Administration

• Maintain records and update customer database.
• Update sales figures, summarize and present monthly reports.
• Processing orders.
• Stay up to date with new features and products.
• Verify accuracy of data in invoices and purchase orders.
• Keep track of their sales goals.
• Invoice processing and dispatch.
• Provide after-sales support.
• Work with logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate directly with customers, by email or by phone call.
• Ensure that set sales targets are met and report any deviations.
• Make contracts with businesses that buy regularly.
• Re-order supplies and check stock.
• Handle paperwork, invoicing and credit checks.
• Delivery organization.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies.
• Participate in inventory audits and accounting as required.

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification equivalent in Business Administration, Hotel management or related field.

• Excellent English skills in both writing and speaking

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a hospitality or hotel sales setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team

• Strong negotiation & Excellent communication skills.

Term of contract: 1 year contract

• Probationary period: 2 months

• Salary: open for dealing

• Working hours: 44 hours/week. 5.5 working day/week
