Clinic Nurse (3-Month Contract)

- Prepare annual for all staff and pre-employment medical check-up for committed candidates. Maintain a proper system for keeping medical forms/documents for Hotel staff.
- Handle staff's sick leave and maintain medical record for sick leave of all staff.
- Follow up on all work accident cases.
- Prepare the list of staff for Health Insurance quarterly.
- Diagnose and treat some normal sickness for all staff. Prepare monthly, yearly staff medical budget, medical and sick leave reports
- Routine check on Staff Canteen to maintain proper quality and hygiene on duty meals
- Manage First Aid Boxes in Hotel and conduct First Aid Training Course when necessary. Supervise pre employment arrangements for committed candidates (e.g. medical check up,).
- Provide Health Information to all staff by news on the Notice Board
- In charge of the efficient setting and maintain a comprehensive medical record system in compliance with the local labor legislation requirement.
- Perform any special duties or projects as assigned from time to time by Management
