Chi Tiết Công Việc

Manage overall accounting and financial operations of the Hanoi branch.
Handle AR/AP, payroll, taxation, treasury, fixed assets, and daily accounting activities.
Prepare financial statements, tax reports, and monthly management reports.
Report directly to the Korean HQ on weekly and monthly basis.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and accounting service providers.
Monitor branch cash flow, operating expenses, and support budgeting activities.
Support and supervise accounting staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Valid Vietnamese Chief Accountant Certificate is strictly required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant.
Proven experience in doing costing, managing internal systems, and preparing financial reports.
Experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry is a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Vietnamese Tax Law, Accounting Law, and other relevant corporate laws.
Business proficiency in English (Written and Spoken).
Ability to communicate in Korean is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
Proficient in using Vietnamese accounting software (e.g., MISA).

Salary is 25 -30M gross.
