Chief Accountant (Experience Oracle)

1. Financial Accounting supervision:

- AP & AR input management

- GLs post

- Closing schedule check with Management Accountant

- Inventory/ GLs reconciliation

- Tax compliance

- Statutory report submission

2. Supply chain supervision:

- Key player on forecasting role: in corporate between demand planning & inventory optimization

- Shipment clearance & Issue handling with CHA/ 3PLs & Supplier

- Inventory movement monitor

- Input cost and run CoGs

3. Team development & management:

- Train & rotate subordinator roles in different positions within the function.

- KPI set up & appraisal

4. Other assignments by line manager and management team

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within an MNC or trading company.

• English communication skills

• Hands-on experience with Oracle or SAP systems.

• Understanding of AR, AP, cash flow, and financial reconciliation.

• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work under deadlines.

• Background in FMCG or trading industries.

• problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
