1. MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Document financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Secure financial information by completing data base backups.
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
• Comply with financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
• Deal with external auditor for statutory audits.
• Prepare, analyze, and control budgets and performance reports.
• Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Arrange insurances for property, transport, and other liabilities, dealing with any insurance claims
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
• Submit the statements which State Administration of Foreign Exchange, Tax bureau, finance bureau and other government departments required.
• Execute other tasks assigned by the Team Leader/Administration & HR Manager/General Director.
2. QUALIFICATIONS
• Neccessary degree: University graduate
• Type and area of study: Accounting or related
• Special trainings/authorisations: Accounting/ Finance/ Business administration
• Work experience/ Working experience at equivalent level: 5 years in accounting or finance function
3. COMPETENCIES
• Knowledge, Skills: Chief Accountant Certificate, accounting software, Proficient in English, Professional working proficiency, PC skills: MS. Word, Excel, PPT ,Access.
• Abilities, personality traits: Integrity, Accurate, Trusting, Strong self-initiative, Team spirit, Result oriented, Social skills, Communicative skills
