Cashier

Job Description:

• Handle daily petty cash and online bank payment.
• Manage petty cash and bank accounts and preform regular bank reconciliation.
• Ensure the accuracy of all payment records and prepare relevant accounting entries accounts in the system.
• Prepare cashflow reports and ensure proper fund management.
• Prepare vouchers for payment orders, other A/P orders, receipt orders, other A/R orders, receipt refund orders, payment refund orders, bank transfer orders, and foreign exchange purchase orders in the ERP cashier management system.
• Perform general clerical duties including data entry, typing, filing, handling enquiries and other clerical duties.
• Adhere to company financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other clerical works and duties as assigned by supervisors.
