Invest Talent JSC is supporting our client in hiring a Business Development Manager for their new power bank rental service project.

Working time: Monday – Friday

Working location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business development strategies to explore and expand market share.
Build, lead, motivate, and manage the sales and business development team to achieve sales targets and company goals.
Oversee the training and development of the sales & BD team to enhance their skills and performance
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance market presence.
Develop localization strategies tailored to the specific characteristics of the Vietnamese market, ensuring services meet local customer needs and preferences.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the technology or rental service industry.
In-depth knowledge of power bank rental services, including technical features, customer benefits, and usage methods.
Understanding of the mobile device market in Vietnam, including usage trends, market demand, and competition.
Understanding of the habits and behaviors of mobile device users in Vietnam, including the demand for power bank rental services in public places
Relationships with potential partners such as mobile network providers, shopping malls, airports, train stations, and tourist areas to expand the service network.
Familiarity with Vietnamese business culture and communication to build long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
