    Mô tả công việc

    1. Targets group sales:

    • Deploy work to team members
    • Support staff in approaching and negotiating with customer.

    2. Targets personal sales:

    • Sell the company's products and services and fulfill the profit target. Including basic targets and business targets allocated in each period
    • Customer access:

    - Visiting customers

    - Expand customer resources

    - Care, maintain and expand services for existing customers

    • Product range coverage:

    - Selling a variety of company products and services

    - Develop new customers, new products (10%)

    - Identify potential customers

    - Pursuing big customers

    - Increase the number of new customers

    • Consulting, answering questions about logistics services.
    • Meet/Satisfy customer requirements for service quality.
    • Strictly follow the contract signing process and coordinate information with operational departments.
    • Ensure fully and timely collection of customer debts.
    • Support sales staff to work collaboratively with customers, partners, agents, etc. related parties to provide services with good quality, competitive costs, maximize profits and business efficiency. go out.
    • Receive reports from staff, coordinate to resolve incidents in the process of providing cargo services.
    • Report sales results by week, work plan, list of potential customers of individuals/ groups.
    • Report difficulties that have not been solved yet, problems that have not been handled in the group.
    • Planning & implementing the plan to each employee to achieve the assigned business goals
    • Carry out training, retraining and upgrading skills for employees
    • Proposing to evaluate and reward employees' work results
    • Building a team that is always connected and actively participates in the company's activities and programs (CSR, activity programs, training programs, events, ...)
    • Timely dissemination of policies and documents related to employees in the group
    • Control the turnover rate in the group
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Division Board of Directors.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    1. Knowledge: Graduated from College, University majoring in business administration, import-export, marketing of foreign trade, maritime or commercial schools

    2. Advanced skill:

    • Foreign language: English IELTS 6.5 or equivalent, speaking Chinese is an advantage
    • Skills in planning, working programs and implementing plans.
    • Skills in organizing, assigning, arranging and arranging work, knowing how to set priority and important work characteristics.
    • Skills in analyzing, synthesizing, evaluating and detecting risk problems, finding root causes of problems to propose suitable solutions.
    • Communication and persuasion skills.
    • Teamwork skills, conflict resolution and internal conflicts.
    • Problem solving and decision - making skills.
    • Computer skills: good use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
