Business Development For Warehouse Distribution

- Fulfill targets set for yourself and the sales team as well as growth targets for the volume and market share for the W& Department.

- Setup KPIs for all sales members to follow up

- Managing sales pipelines.

- Building and training sales team.

- Developing and Executing the sales plan to fulfill KPIs.

- Performance Analysis and Reporting.

- To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products

- Monitor customer’s credit. / Gia1m sát công nợ của khách hàng.

- Perform arising tasks assigned by Branch Manager.

- Other duties as assigned by the Manager

- Qualification : Bachelor Degree Majoring in Maritime / Transportation / Foreign Trade / International Business,…

- Warehouse & Distribution experience is a must.

- Experience : 3-5 years in Logistics at Forwarder, W& companies. Management experience is a plus.

- Be able to generate profitable business for the company.

- Skills : Good communication and negotiation skills, analysis and synthsis .

- Marketing skills including market analysis and expansion strategies.

- Trouble solving and strong networking skills.

- Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.
