We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Business Development Executiveto contribute to our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in various aspects of our business development initiatives.

Conduct sourcing activities to identify potential clients and actively contribute to building a comprehensive client database.
Proactively reach out to new clients to introduce DLancer’s services.
Conduct pitching meetings with potential clients for partnership establishment.
Conduct thorough research on job and freelancer market trends, and prepare periodic reports.
Assume the role of an account manager in the onboarding process, ensuring client satisfaction through timely support and follow-ups.

Yêu cầu công việc

1+ YoE in Sales/ Business Development (Freshers are welcomed, if you dare to take the challenge)
Basic understanding of Blockchain-related concepts (if you’re an absolute beginner, you’ll have only 2 weeks to digest 50+ concepts and definitions)
Bachelor of Business/ Economics.
Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
Eager-to-learn, resilient, and challenge-oriented individual.
Possess a data-oriented and customer-centric mindset.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
