As a Functional Business Analyst in Manufacturing, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and document business processes, analyse requirements, and translate them into functional specifications. Your focus will be on optimising manufacturing processes and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Description
* Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document manufacturing processes and business requirements.
* Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather relevant information.
* Analyse and document current state processes and identify areas for improvement.
* Create detailed functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
* Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of business requirements into technology solutions.
* Provide support in the development, testing, and implementation of manufacturing systems.
* Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive decision-making in manufacturing operations.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the manufacturing process.
* Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the manufacturing domain.
* Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to suggest improvements.
* Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of business requirements and project status.
* Facilitate meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on manufacturing processes.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and business work-flows.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
* Proficient in tools such as ERP systems, data analysis tools, and project management software.
* Excellent communication, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
* Language: good Vietnamese and English.
* Working location: Binh Duong (company transportation)
