Report directly to Group Board of Directors, this CEO role will continuously leading the drive of business development, working with healthcare professionals key partners and oversee the expansion plan of the Hospital.
Description
* Provide strategic leadership and direction for the hospital
* Oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure efficient functioning of all departments
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and safety
* Manage the hospital's budget and financial performance
* Foster a positive work environment and lead the hospital staff effectively
* Build and maintain strong relationships with the medical staff, employees, patients, and the community
* Stay updated with healthcare regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness
* Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation in healthcare delivery
* Represent the hospital in external relations, including with government agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders
Profile
* Education: degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
* Extensive experience in healthcare management, preferably in a leadership role within a hospital or healthcare organization.
* Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry standards.
* Proven track record of strategic planning, financial management, and operational leadership.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively leading and collaborating with diverse teams.
* Ability to foster a positive organizational culture and maintain strong relationships with medical staff, employees, and the community.
* Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.
* Knowledge of healthcare trends and the ability to adapt to changes in the healthcare landscape.
* Strong ethical standards and commitment to providing high-quality patient care and safety.
