BOT Quality Control Specialist

DESCRIPTION

A – Monitoring and Controlling:

• Monitoring and efficiency of our BOTs,
• Develop, implement, and monitor statistical controls in production.
• Evaluate BOT performance based on efficiency, quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor Bots development to ensure compliance and meet expectation.
• Develop improve bot flow to make sure that Customer satisfy with our service.
• Review voicebot scripts and dialog flows to ensure they align with the intended user experience.
• Check for consistency, clarity, and logical transitions in conversations.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations (e.g., privacy, financial services).
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assess clarity, friendliness, and effectiveness of voice responses.

B - Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of test cases, test results, and issues encountered.
• Generate regular reports on voicebot performance and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with development teams to address identified issues.
• Stay informed about advancements in voice technology and industry best practices.
• Propose enhancements to voicebot processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.

C – Other tasks are assigned by Head

• Bachelor degree
• At least 1 year experience in BOT quality control area
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good at English
