Billing Executive (Temporary Contract)

• Check the data input in the system with quotations and cost to ensure accuracy of final bills. • Process customer’s billing accurately and within requested time per their requirements and according to company policy • Issue original debit note combined with other required documents and send them to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail etc.) • Manage the outstanding account receivables of customers by following up the payment schedule and making reminders for timely payments to customers. • Answer all of customers’ inquiries and handle complaints from customers regarding debit notes. • Manage customers' information by checking the contracts to know credit terms and other terms related to billing team.

► Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or the equivalent fields • At least 6 months of Account Receivable, Invoicing/Transportation/Logistics related experience. ► Required Skills/Abilities: • Basic English • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Work ethic, accuracy, and attention to detail • Being proactive in solving related issues • Being able to work under high pressure
