[Bàu Bàng, Bình Dương] Japanese Customer Service & Quality Assurance Manager - 50M Gross

We are seeking staff with customer service and quality assurance (QA) experience. In this position, you will negotiate prices, delivery dates, and respond to complaints with customers, and you will also play an important role in communicating customer requests to the manufacturing site as part of quality assurance.
• Price negotiations, delivery negotiations, and complaint handling with customers.
• Convey customer requests to the manufacturing site and serve as quality assurance (QA).
• Implementation of factory audits and maintenance and improvement of quality control processes based on ISO9001

Education level：University
Language：Japanese N2
No. of experienced year：+3 years of experience
Key experience：
• Experienced in customer service at a manufacturing plant.
• Have experience in price negotiation, delivery negotiation, and complaint handling.
• Experience as a QA and conveying customer requests to the manufacturing site.
• Japanese language proficiency above N2.
• Have experience in factory audits and knowledge of ISO9001.

■Salary in Gross & Net: 50 mil gross

■WORKING CONDITION
- Working time：Mon-Fri：7:30-16:30
Sat: 7:30-16:30, 3 times/month
