Barista

Our Baristas provide customers with freshly made drinks and bakery goods in a fast-paced environment. High levels of customer service and the ability to work quickly and accurately are key to this role.

• Rotating shifts with 2 days off per week
• Daily communication with team and customers
• Have a spectacular and infectious love for the cafe’s coffee, explanation of the beans, taste, and quality to customers
• Conduct and execute excellent time management skills with high responsibility
• Prepare and serve all types of offered drinks according to correct recipe guidelines
• Prepare, bake, and assist selling bakery items
• Perform latte art skill with great care on all coffee products
• Collect payment and serve customers
• Clean, arrange tables and supplies as needed
• Report to the shift manager in charge of the daily work situation
• Performing other duties as requested
• Training and a probation period will be (2) months depending on experience level.

• 6 months - 1 years’ + experience in specialty coffee and the coffee industry preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Language required: Vietnamese and Intermediate level of English • Infectious love of coffee, understanding the beans and taste quality.
• Mature, professional, and has a growth mindset.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Latte art skill required.
• Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
