1. Business Acceleration
Current customers:
- Growing existing customers in the HCM region: increasing market share and achieving sales targets. In
charge of program "Water to Workers" - Make sure the Plan is implemented properly (posters, water dispensers with logos following the budget
allocated...) - Create orders: resolve Customer complaints (most of the time in english and french), handle logistics
tasks, track quantities and inventory. - Better attract customers to become OWE Ambassadors
- Host gathering events to better engage customers as partners
- Better engage our water retailers in our social mission and understand how they can help target
vulnerable households
New customers and development:
- We need to look for foreign companies / clients (preferably French companies) or international schools. We must multiply 20 times the number of BTB customers by 2024 by mainly networking activities and
sales force - Attract new customers in your area by approaching each company to ensure we cover every region
comprehensively
2. Organize and manage work
- Communication & relationships: reporting information in Odoo, building good relationships Internal &
external to maximize business opportunities - People Development & Process Management: Employee Training & Coaching, Management
- Business Processes & Weekly Planning.
- Build and challenge Team monthly goals by exceeding in your channel
- Analysis of our key KPIs: number of visits, conversion rate, potential business per client, work program
according to our goals set, etc. - Track Social Impact measurement for most clients with Social Impact
3. Benchmark of the market
- Observe the market trends, price of competition, marketing tools, practise in order to keep informed the
management team. - Identify the strength of OWE and propose a plan of development.
