Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

• Accurate Communication & Coordination
o Understand the background of client requests (e.g., delivery changes)
o Verify facts and coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics) to ensure accurate responses
• Incident Management & Problem Solving
o Quickly assess situations such as delivery delays or unexpected issues
o Propose logical, fact-based alternative solutions and lead resolution
• Client Communication & Relationship Management
o Maintain regular communication with clients
o Build and strengthen long-term, trust-based relationships
• Client Insight Analysis & Reporting
o Analyze client feedback and needs based on facts (without assumptions)
o Provide accurate and structured reports to management

* Working time: 8 AM - 5 PM Mon - Fri and alternative Sat

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (relevant field)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BtoB sales or client relations
Language skills:
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to have in-depth conversations with clients and understand client insights (hidden needs and concerns)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Agile thinking, flexibility, and proactiveness
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and handle dynamic situations
