Responsibilities:
• Together with BUH leading the assigned sub-team to achieve targeted financial budget
Actively perform to engage and promote strong relationship with vendors/carriers
Ensure top client's retention at min 95%
• Assisting the supervisor to maintain established cost and quality standards, attain projected
revenue and profits levels, achieve client satisfaction goals
• Managing the delivery of client consultancy and after-sales services, and have good account
management relationship;
• Working with the supervisor to develop a business plan, execute and monitor performance.
Ensuring the achievement of all agreed plans, budgets and objectives
• Establishing a positive employee value proposition and assist supervisor and HR in HR
operations to ensure staff are selected, trained, counseled and rewarded to maintain performance
standards.
• Leading and managing the sub-team with strong organizational, time management, negotiation,
communication and have a willingness to become immersed in work;
• Support Wellbeing advisory capabilities and revenue stream
• Enhance the connection and engagement within the team
• Undertaking other tasks as might be delegated by the Board of Directors of Aon Vietnam.
• At least 5 years of experienced in insurance industry and team management
• Graduation in insurance faculty is an advantage
• Skillful at client facing, sale, customer services
• Strong negotiation & communication skills
• Coaching & team leading skills
