Dream Job Alert! Become an Air Freight Sales Senior Manager (ID19509) at a foreign-invested company and earn $3500/month:

  • Identify, target, and acquire new Air Freight customers, focusing primarily on non-group accounts (70% new business).
  • Drive nationwide direct sales activities to strengthen market presence and expand customer portfolios.
  • Develop tailored commercial proposals, quotations, RFQs/RFPs for 3PL/4PL air logistics solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and potential strategic accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with exporters, importers, manufacturing enterprises, and international trading companies within Vietnam and the region.
  • Ensure revenue growth through proactive customer engagement and delivering competitive value propositions.
  • Work closely with regional Pricing and Operations teams to ensure competitive pricing, operational feasibility, and up-to-date air freight market knowledge.
  • Coordinate implementation of new accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and service alignment across internal teams.
  • Support future organizational expansion by sharing best practices, mentoring new team members, and contributing to capability development.
  • Promote a collaborative, performance-driven, and customer-focused team environment.
  • Align internal resources to deliver high-quality service and maximize profitability for each account.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Male, 35 -47 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the logistics industry with a strong focus on Air Freight Sales.
  • Good at English.
  • Proven track record in New Business Development, including onboarding new accounts.
  • Experience managing large-scale, long-term, and global customer accounts.
  • Existing customer network in US and EU markets is highly preferred.
